The winner of Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2026 was determined across two rounds of voting, combining the public televote and a professional jury, each contributing 50% to the overall result.
After all eight performances, the three entries with the highest combined scores advanced to the Superfinal. Announced in random order, the qualifiers were Sissal (‘Infinity’), Søren Torpegaard Lund (‘Før vi går hjem’) and Ericka Jane (‘Death Of Me’). The remaining five acts were:
Sander Sanchez – ‘Two Spirits’
Emil Otto – ‘Copenhagen Noir’
Myrkur – ‘Touch My Love and Die’
Late Runner – ‘Can U Feel It?’
Lasse Skriver – ‘Roaring Heart’
For the Superfinal, the scores were reset and the three finalists performed once more. A fresh vote, again split 50/50 between the public and the jury, then decided the outcome. At the end of the voting, Søren Torpegaard Lund was declared the winner of Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2026 with ‘Før vi går hjem’.
Here is how the final result broke down:
(19 from the jury + 20 from the televote)
(14 from the jury + 17 from the televote)
(17 from the jury + 13 from the televote)
