Montenegro: First national final songs of the 2026 season released

The first songs for Eurovision 2026 are out now! Montenegro’s national broadcaster, RTCG, has dropped the entries competing in this year’s national selection. Montesong becomes the first national final of the season to reveal its full line-up, ahead of the big show on 21 December.

The 15 competing songs have been published on RTCG’s web player and are now available on the official  Montesong YouTube channel. You can listen to what might become the first official entry for the 2026 season below:

Montesong 2025 will consist of one final, taking place on Sunday 21 December, at the RTCG studios in Podgorica. The result will be decided by a 50/50 split between a professional jury and the public vote. The winning act will earn the right to represent Montenegro at Eurovision 2026 in Vienna.

Last year, Montenegro was represented by Nina Žižić with the song ‘Dobrodošli’, placing 16th in the Second Semi-Final. Could Montesong 2025 finally bring the country back to the Eurovision Grand Final?
