Norway: Jonas Lovv wins Melodi Grand Prix 2026

Melodi Grand Prix 2026 took place this evening, 28 February, at HÃ¥kons Hall in Lillehammer. Nine acts were in contention, with Jonas Lovv ultimately coming out on top with ‘Ya Ya Ya’, which received the highest score from both the international jury and the public vote.

The result was decided by a combined voting system, with 60% determined by the Norwegian televote and 40% by an international jury panel. The full results were as follows:

1. Jonas Lovv – ‘Ya ya ya’ – 265 pts (96 jury + 169 televote)

2. Alexander Rybak – ‘Rise’ – 192 pts (66 jury + 126 televote)

3. Emma – ‘Northern Lights’ – 127 pts (28 jury + 99 televote)

4. Mileo – ‘Frankenstein’ – 89 pts (54 jury + 35 televote)

5. Leonardo Amor – ‘Prayer’ – 73 pts (60 jury + 13 televote)

6. Storm – ‘Lullaby’ – 50 pts (14 jury + 36 televote)

7. Skrellex – ‘Into the Wild’ – 45 pts (15 jury + 30 televote)

8. Hedda Mae – ‘Snap Back’ – 15 pts (11 jury + 4 televote)

9. Silke – ‘Forevermore’ – 4 pts (0 jury + 4 televote)
