Ukraine: KHAYAT wins wildcard and completes lineup for Vidbir 2026

Ukrainian broadcaster Suspilne has announced that KHAYAT is the winner of the public vote to secure the final spot in the national selection for Eurovision Song Contest 2026.

According to Suspilne, the online vote, held via the Diia app between 8 and 13 January, attracted participation from more than 283,160 voters. KHAYAT received the highest number of votes — 91,758, representing 32.41% of the total — and will now advance to the final of the national selection, scheduled for 7 February.

The winner of the public vote joins nine other finalists previously selected through live auditions and will compete alongside them in the final show, which will determine Ukraine’s representative at Eurovision 2026 through a combination of jury and audience voting.

Suspilne also confirmed the full list of finalists and their competing songs:

Jerry Heil — 'Catharticus' (Prayer)

KHAYAT — 'Hertsy'

LAUD — 'Lightkeeper'

LELÉKA — 'Ridnym'

Molodi — 'Legends'

Monokate — 'TUT'

Mr. Vel — 'Do Or Done'

The Elliens — 'Crawling Whispers'

Valeriya Force — 'Open Our Hearts'

All ten songs will be presented live on 15 January at the Origin Stage, during a concert-format showcase organised by Suspilne. The running order for the final will also be determined on the same day through a draw.
