Moldova: Satoshi wins Selecția Națională with 'Viva, Moldova'

Satoshi was crowned the winner of Moldova’s national music selection this evening, following a live final held at Arena Chișinău that brought together 16 competing acts.

The outcome was decided through a three-way voting system, equally divided between an international jury, a Moldovan jury and the public vote. When the final scores were announced, Satoshi finished comfortably in first place, receiving top marks from all voting groups.

The winning song, 'Viva, Moldova', was written by the artist himself, whose real name is Vlad Sabajuc. The track stood out throughout the evening, securing a clear lead over the remaining finalists.

The show was hosted by Daniela Crudu and Ion Jalbă, with Alisa Tanas and Bogdan Nigai accompanying the artists backstage in the green room.

Pavel Orlov placed second with 'Can’t Say Goodbye', while Cătălina Solomac finished third with “Pink Margarita'. Dayana’s 'Doina' and Bacho’s 'Tata' rounded out the top five.
