Montenegro: Tamara Živković wins Montesong 2025 with 'Nova zora'

 


Tamara Živković claimed victory at Montesong 2025 tonight, emerging as the winner of the national music competition held at the RTCG Studios in Podgorica. Her song 'Nova zora' secured the highest overall score among the 15 finalists.

The final result was determined through a combined system of jury and public voting, each accounting for 50 per cent of the total score. Živković topped the scoreboard with 22 points, receiving 12 points from the jury and 10 from the public.

The show was hosted by Dajana Golubović Pejović, Jelena Božović and Andrea Šekularac, and also featured special performances by several artists with previous experience in international music contests, including Nina Žižić, Knez, Abor & Tynna, Shkodra Elektronike and Asja Džogović.

The seven-member jury brought together performers and composers from across the region, among them Nina Žižić and Serbian composer Vladimir Graić, known for his work on multiple contest entries over the years.

A total of 19,549 votes were cast within Montenegro, with an additional 15,382 votes submitted online. Lara Baltic finished in second place with 'Rhythm Boy' on 18 points, followed by Lana Vukčević and Đorđe Savković, who placed third with 'Temperatura' and 13 points.
